North Georgia Nursing Academy is authorized by the Georgia Nonpublic Postsecondary Education Commission to operate as an educational institution in the state of Georgia.

North Georgia Nursing Academy is approved by the Georgia Medical Care Foundation and Alliant Health Solutions to offer Nurse Aid Instruction for the Nursing Assistant Program.

North Georgia Nursing Academy is approved by the Georgia Department of Public Health Office of EMS and Trauma to teach the Basic and Advanced Emergency Medical Technician Programs.
